Common use of Programme of Work Clause in Contracts

Programme of Work. 2.1 The Recipient shall deliver the Project in accordance with the Programme of Work, identified in Annex B. The Project will be carried out by the Recipient under the supervision of the Project Manager appointed by the Recipient named at Clause 31. 2.2 The Centre Director will be responsible for all technical and programmatic matters relating to this Programme of Work, as detailed in Clause 30. 2.3 The Funds Manager Contract Manager is responsible for all contractual matters relating to this Contract as detailed in Clause 31. 2.4 If in the opinion of the Recipient it should become desirable to make a change to the above Programme of Work, the Recipient will consult and obtain written agreement from the Centre Director before implementing any changes.

Programme of Work. 2.1 The Recipient shall deliver the Project Programme of Work agreed in accordance consultation with the Programme of Work, Recipient and identified in Annex B. The Project B as the responsibility of the Recipient will be carried out by the Recipient under the supervision of the Project Manager manager appointed by the Recipient named at Clause 31. 2.2 The Centre Director Programme Manager who will be responsible for all technical and programmatic matters relating to this Programme of Work, Work is the Director of the Centre as detailed in Clause 30. 2.3 The Funds Manager Contract Manager is responsible for all contractual matters relating to this Contract as detailed in Clause 31. 2.4 If in the opinion of the Recipient it should become desirable to make a change to the above Programme of Work, the Recipient will consult and obtain written agreement from the Centre Director Programme Manager before implementing any changes.
