Common use of Progress and Performance Reviews Clause in Contracts

Progress and Performance Reviews. (a) (i) No later than the end of the 4th and 8th completed month of active employment, the progress and performance of an employee will be reviewed based on the Position Responsibility Statement and the University’s expectations of successful job performance as provided to the employee pursuant to Article 13.02.

(a) (i) No later than the end of the 6th, 12th and 18th completed month of active employment, the progress and performance of an employee hired at Level I or II will be reviewed based on the Position Responsibility Statement and the University‟s expectations of successful job performance as provided to the employee pursuant to Article 13.02. No later than the end of the 4th and 8th completed month of active employment, the progress and performance of an employee hired at Level III or IV will be reviewed based on the Position Responsibility Statement written job requirements and the University’s University‟s expectations of successful job performance as provided to the employee pursuant to Article 13.02.
