Progress and Performance Reviews. (a) (i) No later than the end of the 4th and 8th completed month of active employment, the progress and performance of an employee will be reviewed based on the Position Responsibility Statement and the University’s expectations of successful job performance as provided to the employee pursuant to Article 13.02.
