Progress and Quality of Work. Upon commencement of the Developer Improvements, Developer shall proceed to the full completion of all of the Developer Improvements with due diligence and without delay or interruption with the exception of Force Majeure Events and City Delays (as defined below). The completion of the Project shall occur on or before the Completion Date. All work to be performed by or on behalf of Developer related to the Project shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, consistent with the prevailing industry standards for such work in the area of the City.

Subject to the foregoing, completion of the Project (as evidenced by the issuance of an occupancy permit for the Project on the Property) shall occur on or before the Completion Date. All work to be performed by or on behalf of Developer related to the Project shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, consistent with the prevailing industry standards for such work in the area of the City.

  • STANDARDS AND QUALITY The Supplier shall at all times during the Contract Period ensure that the Services are delivered in accordance with: the Digital Service Design Manual (and the Supplier shall comply with the processes and procedures set out therein); the Standards; the KPIs; the Methodology; the applicable SOW; and all other applicable provisions of this Contract.

  • Quality of Services (a) The Consultant shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, and other services furnished pursuant to this Agreement.
