Common use of Progress of Scheme Clause in Contracts

Progress of Scheme. The Borrower will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Administrative Agent reasonably informed as to any material developments in relation to the Scheme and promptly on request provide the Administrative Agent with material information as to the progress of the Scheme and with any material information (subject to applicable legal and regulatory restrictions on disclosure thereof) in relation to the Scheme and will notify the Administrative Agent promptly following it becoming aware that the Court Order has been issued.
