Progression Adjustments. A. For purposes of Sections 28.3 and 28.4, years of commissioned service shall be calculated the same as seniority in Article 8, Seniority. B. Troopers will receive a six percent (6%) progression adjustment six (6) months from their commission date and annually thereafter, in accordance with the WSP Commissioned Officer Salary Schedule as shown in the applicable Appendix, until they reach their fifth (5th) year of commissioned service, at which time they will become eligible for longevity premium increases.
