Common use of Progression through the School Clause in Contracts

Progression through the School. It is assumed that each Student who satisfies the relevant academic and disciplinary criteria at the time will progress through each grade level at the School. Parents will be consulted in advance if there appears to be any reason why the Student may be refused a place in the next grade level of the School. Parents must give notice in writing in accordance with the Provisions about Notice (in Section 8) if they do not intend that their child will proceed to the next grade level of the School.
