Old Xxxx and CFSB shall each take responsible steps to assure that any person who receives nonpublic information concerning the Merger or the other party will treat the information confidentially as provided in this Section and not directly or indirectly buy or sell, or advise other persons to buy or sell, the other party's stock until such information is properly disclosed to the public.

Acquiror and Company each shall take responsible steps to assure that any person who receives nonpublic information concerning the Merger or the other party will (i) treat the information confidentially as provided in this Section; and (ii) not directly or indirectly buy or sell, or advise other persons to buy or sell, the other party's stock until such information is properly disclosed to the public.

Old Xxxx and First Evergreen shall each take responsible steps to assure that any person who receives nonpublic information concerning the Merger or the other party will treat the information confidentially as provided in this Section and not directly or indirectly buy or sell, or advise other persons to buy or sell, the other party's stock until such information is properly disclosed to the public.
