Prohibited Category. Autobooks may immediately and without notice suspend or terminate provision of the Check Services to User if Autobooks or its TPSP discovers that User has violated any of the restrictions set forth in this Exhibit B, including but not limited to operating in or engaging in activity in a prohibited category.
