Prohibited Content. The parties to this agreement do not intend (either recklessly or otherwise) to incorporate any content which is prohibited by the Workplace Relations Act 1996 and Regulations. In the event that prohibited content has been included in this Agreement the parties agree that the affected provisions are void and should be severed from this Agreement. Any provisions in Part 2 of this Agreement which contain “prohibited content” within the meaning of section 356 of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth), are expressly excluded and do not form any part of this Agreement.

Prohibited Content. You may not access Google services from an Application that: (a) contains any viruses, worms, trojan horses, or the like; and (b) is distributed primarily for the purpose of (i) distributing pornographic, obscene, excessively profane, gambling-related, deceptive, fraudulent or illegal content, or (ii) distributing content related to “hacking” or “cracking.”
Prohibited Content. You must not upload any content to our website, or upload to our website any links to third party websites containing content which falls into any one or more of the following categories (Prohibited Content): (a) contains confidential information belonging to any other person, save and except where you have the legally binding authorisation of such person to upload the content to our website; (b) contains any advertising or promotions relating to any other business or that provides a link to any other business, without our prior written consent; (c) is deceptive, dishonest, deceitful, inaccurate or untrue; (d) misrepresents your identity, status or any affiliation you may have with any third party; (e) impersonates any other person or organisation; (f) represents or suggests that the content is provided by us or reflects our views, opinions, positions, activities or affairs; (g) contains any swear word or profanity, is offensive, obscene, hateful or aggressive, threatening, abusive, harassing or malicious towards any person or is likely to cause anxiety, distress, discontent or annoyance, or which promotes violence, hatred, aggression or unrest; (h) is in any way discriminatory towards any person or class of persons on account of nationality, race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation or any other characteristic or ground(s) capable of constituting unlawful discrimination under the Equality Act 2010; (i) infringes any intellectual property rights of any other person, including, without limitation, any copyrights, database rights or trade marks; (j) breaches any statutory duty owed to any other person; (k) breaches the terms of any contract owed to any other person; (l) contravenes the terms of any court order; (m) is defamatory, disparaging, rude or insulting towards any person or organisation or which is capable of harming the reputation of any person or organisation; (n) contains, alludes to or describes any sexually explicit material, or which redirects users to such content; (o) incites, encourages, advocates or promotes any illegal activity, or assists anyone in the commission, planning or conduct of any illegal activity; or (p) contains a statement that is likely to be understood by some or all of the members of the public to whom it is published as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to them to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of hatred, violence or terrorism.
Prohibited Content. You agree that you will not send, display, post, submit, publish or transmit a User Submission or Message that: (i) is unfair or deceptive under the consumer protection laws of any jurisdiction; (ii) is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights; (iii) creates a risk to a person’s safety or health, creates a risk to public safety or health, compromises national security, or interferes with an investigation by law enforcement; (iv) impersonates another person; (v) promotes illegal drugs, violates export control laws, relates to illegal gambling, or illegal arms trafficking; (vi) is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, violates any law, or is otherwise dishonest, inaccurate, inappropriate, malicious or fraudulent; (vii) involves theft or terrorism; (viii) constitutes an unauthorized commercial communication; (ix) contains the contact information or any personally identifiable information of any third party unless you have first obtained the express consent of said third party to include their contact information or personally identifiable information; and/or (x) breaches this Agreement.

Prohibited Content. 2.1 You may only use the Polemos’ Services if you comply with these Terms, applicable third-party policies, and all applicable laws, rules, regulations and related guidance. The following conduct is prohibited: 2.1.1 using the Services for, or to promote or facilitate, illegal activity (including, without limitation, money laundering, financing terrorism, tax evasion, buying or selling illegal drugs, contraband, counterfeit goods, or illegal weapons); 2.1.2 exploiting the Services for any unauthorized commercial purpose; 2.1.3 uploading or transmitting viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, cancel bots, spiders, malware or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Services; 2.1.4 attempting to or actually copying or making unauthorized use of all or any portion of the Services, including by attempting to reverse compile, reformatting or framing, disassemble, reverse engineer any part of the Services; 2.1.5 harvesting or otherwise collecting information from the Services for any unauthorized purpose; 2.1.6 using the Services under false or fraudulent pretences or otherwise being deceitful; 2.1.7 interfering with other users’ access to or use of the Services; 2.1.8 interfering with or circumventing of the security features of the Services or any third party’s systems, networks or resources used in the provision of Services; 2.1.9 engaging in any attack, hack, denial-of-service attack, interference, or exploit of any smart contract in connection with use of the Services (and operations performed by a user that are technically permitted by a smart contract may nevertheless be a violation of these Terms, and the law); or 2.1.10 engaging in any anticompetitive behaviour or other misconduct. 2.2 Violating our rules may result in our intervention. You agree and acknowledge that if you use the Services to engage in conduct prohibited by any applicable law, we permanently reserve the right to completely or partially restrict or revoke your access to the Services, either completely or for a period of time, at our sole discretion. Prohibited Content. If we reasonably believe any of Your Content violates the law, infringes or misappropriates the rights of any third party or otherwise violates a material term of the Agreement (including the documentation, the Service Terms, or the Acceptable Use Policy) (“Prohibited Content”), we will notify you of the Prohibited Content and may request that such content be removed from the Services or access to it be disabled. If you do not remove or disable access to the Prohibited Content within two (2) business days of our notice, we may remove or disable access to the Prohibited Content or suspend the Services to the extent we are not able to remove or disable access to the Prohibited Content. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may remove or disable access to any Prohibited Content without prior notice in connection with illegal content, where the content may disrupt or threaten the Services, pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or as required to comply with law or any judicial, regulatory or other governmental order or request. In the event that we remove content without prior notice, we will provide prompt notice to you unless prohibited by law.
