User Submissions. This Agreement does not obligate You to provide Intel with materials, information, comments, suggestions or other communication regarding the Materials. However, You agree that any material, information, comments, suggestions or other communication You transmit or post to an Intel website (including but not limited to, submissions to the Intel Premier Support and/or other customer support websites or online portals) or provide to Intel under this Agreement related to the features, functions, performance or use of the Materials are deemed non-confidential and non- proprietary ("Communications"). Intel will have no obligations with respect to the Communications. You hereby grant to Intel a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, copyright license to copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, disclose, distribute, license and sublicense through multiple tiers of distribution and licensees, incorporate and otherwise use the Communications and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein, including derivative works thereto, for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from an Intel website or provide to Intel any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or other material that would violate any law. If You wish to provide Intel with information that You intend to be treated as confidential information, Intel requires that such confidential information be provided pursuant to a non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”), so please contact Your Intel representative to ensure the proper NDA is in place. Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as preventing Intel from reviewing Your Communications and errors or defects in Intel products discovered while reviewing Your Communications. Furthermore, nothing in this Agreement will be construed as preventing Intel from implementing independently- developed enhancements to Intel’s own error diagnosis methodology to detect errors or defects in Intel products discovered while reviewing Your Communications or to implement bug fixes or enhancements in Intel products. The foregoing may include the right to include Your Communications in regression test suites.
User Submissions. 11.1. The Company allows Buyers to post reviews of Goods offered within the Marketing Service and of Sellers offering such Goods. The Company also allows Sellers to promote Goods using content, such as texts and photos, describing their Goods and themselves as Sellers (together: “User Submissions).”
11.2. You are solely responsible for your User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent, and warrant that: (1) You are the creator and owner of the User Submission content, or have sufficient rights and authority to post the User Submission and any content therein and your User Submission does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights; (2) your User Submissions do not and will not violate this Agreement; and (3) your User Submissions do not contain any viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other harmful or malicious code.
11.3. Your User Submissions may be public and accessible to other users in our Services. You warrant that You own all the rights, licenses, consents, permissions, titles and interests required for You to post your User Submission in the manner contemplated herein.
11.4. You hereby grant the Company a worldwide, non-revocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use your User Submissions in connection with our Services including without limitation for promoting and redistributing our Services or any portion thereof, including without limitation to reproduce, distribute, make derivatives of it and use it in order to promote the Company's business in any way, and without the need for any further compensation, approval or consent, pursuant to the terms contained in our Privacy Policy.
11.5. Unless otherwise agreed upon in a written agreement between You and Company, if You submit, transmit, display, perform, post or store User Submissions using the Services, You grant the Company and its sub-licensees, to the furthest extent and for the maximum duration permitted by applicable law, an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, fully sub-licensable, nonexclusive, and royalty-free right to (a) use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such User Submission (including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services).

User Submissions. 9.1. The App may permit the hosting, sharing, posting, and publishing of content by you and other users ("User Submissions"). Your User Submissions may be posted to the App, or otherwise be made publicly available. You understand that whether or not such User Submissions are published, we do not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Submissions. You shall be solely responsible for your User Submissions and the consequences of posting or publishing them. We have complete discretion whether to publish your User Submissions and we reserve the right without further notice to you, to monitor, censor, edit, remove, delete, and/or remove any and all User Submissions at any time and for any reason.
User Submissions. You agree that you will not upload or transmit any communications or content of any type that infringes or violates any rights of any party. You agree that such submission is non- confidential for all purposes. If you make such submission, you are warranting that the owner of such content has expressly granted the Program a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform and display the communication or content in any media or medium, or any form or format now known or hereafter developed.
User Submissions. You may be able to submit or post certain specific submissions to us, Influencers, or third parties through the Services, including, but not limited to, testimonials, endorsements (including those relating to the Products), content, comments, questions, opinions, feedback, ideas, Suggestions or other materials (collectively, “User Submissions”). ZELF reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such User Submissions, at its sole discretion. You agree that ZELF has no obligation (1) to maintain any User Submission in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any User Submission; or (3) to respond to any User Submission. You agree not to use false contact details, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any User Submission. You own any User Submission you submit to us or post on the Services. If you do supply a User Submission as part of the Services, you automatically grant to ZELF, the applicable third party to whom such User Submission relates (if applicable), its affiliates, licensees and successors, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, fully paid-up, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media, including, without limitation, in connection with advertising our Services. You understand and agree that we may share any User Submission relating to a Product with the applicable Brand, Influencers, as well as other third parties. You further agree that any User Submission you post may be viewed by other Users and may be viewed by any person visiting or participating in the Services, or the public in general. Although you may be able to remove your User Submission in some cases by specifically deleting it, in certain instances, some of your User Submission may not be completely removed and copies of your User Submission may continue to exist on the Services. We are not responsible or liable for the removal or deletion of (or the failure to remove or delete) any of your User Submissions.
User Submissions. If you make any submission to Pacesetter, you agree that you will not send or transmit any communication or content that: (a) is defamatory, indecent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable; (b) infringes or violates any rights of any party; or (c) contains a virus or corrupted data. All email and other correspondence that you submit to Pacesetter shall become its sole and exclusive property.
User Submissions. Should you provide Intel with comments, modifications, corrections, enhancements or other input (“Feedback”) related to the Materials, Intel will be free to use, disclose, reproduce, license or otherwise distribute or exploit the Feedback in its sole discretion without any obligations or restrictions of any kind, including without limitation, intellectual property rights or licensing obligations. If You wish to provide Intel with information that You intend to be treated as confidential information, Intel requires that such confidential information be provided pursuant to a non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”); please contact Your Intel representative to ensure the proper NDA is in place.
User Submissions. You agree to furnish with information concerning any errors, problems, difficulties, or suggestions regarding the access to or use of the Site. You will also promptly respond to any reasonable questions provided by DigiLocker. You acknowledge and agree that all information provided in accordance with this section shall be considered User Submissions You agree and undertake not to circumvent any restrictions placed by DigiLocker on access to the Services. You further permit DigiLocker to monitor your use of the Site to ensure compliance with the terms.

If you make a Submission, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control the rights to the Submission. You further represent and warrant that such Submission does not constitute or contain software viruses, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead us as to the origin of any Submission. You agree to indemnify us for all claims arising from or in connection with any claims to any rights in any Submission or any damages arising from any Submission.
