No policies of insurance required to be obtained by Licensee or its contractors or subcontractors hereunder shall contain provisions (1) that exclude coverage of liability assumed by this Agreement with the District except as to infringement of patents or copyrights or for libel and slander in program material, (2) that exclude coverage of liability arising from excavating, collapse, or underground work, (3) that exclude coverage for injuries to the District’s employees or agents directly caused by the negligence of Licensee, or
