PROHIBITED GOODS AND SERVICES. The U.S. Government prohibits the importation of goods or the purchase of services, and certain financial transactions, from certain countries, which list may change from time to time. Seller shall not purchase or otherwise obtain goods or services, either directly or indirectly, from any prohibited country in providing goods or services to Buyer under by this Agreement or any Purchase Order. Seller may obtain an updated list of such countries by visiting the U.S. Treasury Department’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/ofac/.
