Prohibited Marketing. By way of example and not limitation, Client may not acquire nor utilize in any way a domain or subdomain that includes a Merchant’s Proprietary Term (e.g., xxx.Xxxxxxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxx.xxx, www.outlet.sale.Merchantdomain.Client’xxxxxxx.xxx) if Client is not the Merchant that owns the Proprietary Term. Client may use Proprietary Terms as a sub-directory of Client’s Site (e.g., Client’xxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx). Such Prohibited Marketing will result in the immediate termination of this Agreement.
