PROHIBITED ON PREMISES. Tenant shall not conduct, or permit any other person to conduct, any auction upon the Premises, manufacture or store goods, wares or merchandise upon the Premises without the prior written approval of Landlord, except the storage of usual supplies and inventory to be used by Tenant in the conduct of his business, permit the Premises to be used for gambling, make any unusual noises in the Building, permit to be played musical instrument on the Premises, permit any radio to be played, or television, recorded or wired music in such loud manner as to disturb or annoy other tenants, or permit any unusual odors to be produced on the Premises. Tenant shall not permit any portion of the Premises to be occupied as an office for a public stenographer or typewriter, or for the storage, manufacture, or sale of intoxicating beverages, narcotics, tobacco in any form or as a xxxxxx or manicure shop. Canvassing, soliciting and peddling in the Building and the Premises are prohibited and Tenant shall cooperate to prevent the same. No bicycles, vehicles or animals of any kind shall be brought into or kept in or about the Premises.

Canvassing, soliciting and peddling in the Office Building and the Premises Office Building Area are prohibited prohibited, and Tenant Lessee shall cooperate to prevent the same. No bicycles, vehicles or animals of any kind shall be brought into or kept in or about the Premisespremises.

No bicycles, vehicles or animals (except personal assistance dogs) of any kind shall be brought into or kept in or about the Premises.

Canvassing, soliciting and peddling in the Building and Buildings and/or at the Premises Property are prohibited and Tenant shall cooperate to prevent the same. No bicycles, vehicles or animals of any kind shall be brought into or kept in or about the Premises.
