Prohibited Use of Property. Licensee will not use the Property as all or a portion of a combination trademark or a corporate name, trade name or any other designation used by it to identify its business (other than as the name of a Licensed Dispensary), nor will Licensee use the Property other than as a trademark as licensed hereunder.

Prohibited Use of Property. Licensee will not use the Property as all or a portion of a combination trademark or a corporate name, trade name or any other designation used by it to identify its business (other than as the name of a Licensed Dispensary)business, nor will Licensee use the Property other than as a trademark trademark. Except with Licensor's prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, Licensee will not use the Property on Articles distributed as licensed hereunderpremiums or giveaways by Licensee or under its authority. Licensee will not use the Property on or in connection with any goods other than the Articles.
