Prohibited Uses of the Service. Customer shall not use the XXX Networks equipment or the internet service to, directly or indirectly: a) for any unlawful purposes. Use of the XXX Networks equipment or internet service for transmission or storage of any information, data or material in violation of any U.S. federal, state or local regulation or law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, posting or disseminating content which is obscene, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or which infringes the intellectual property of any person. b) post, transmit or disseminate objectionable information, including, without limitations, any transmission constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, federal or international law, order or regulation. c) access any other person’s computer, software, or data of any other person, without the knowledge and consent of such person. _the knowledge and consent of such person; d) upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, create derivative works of, or distribute in any way, information, software or other material obtained through the internet service which is protected by copyright or other proprietary right, without obtaining permission of the owner. e) copy, distribute or sub-license any software provided by XXX Networks. Except that the customer may make one copy of each software program for back-up purposes only. f) service, alter, modify or tamper with the XXX Networks equipment, internet service or permit any other person to do the same that is not authorized by XXX Networks. g) restrict, inhibit or otherwise interfere with the ability of any other person to use or enjoy the XXX Networks equipment or the internet service, including, without limitation, posting or transmitting any information or software which contains a virus or other harmful feature and generating levels of traffic sufficient to impede others' ability to send or retrieve information. h) knowingly disrupt the service. i) connect the XXX equipment to any computer outside of the customer's premises. XXX Networks reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement and the service if the customer engages in any of the activities listed above or if the customer uses the XXX Networks equipment or services in a way which is contrary to any other XXX Networks policy. Additional copies of such policies are available on the service. This Section 5 shall not in any way limit XXX Networks’ rights of termination pursuant to Section 6 of this Agreement. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless XXX Networks against all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees resulting from the customer engaging in any of the activities listed above. This provision will survive termination of this agreement.

Except Bee Line Cable Underlying Providers, except that the customer Customer may make one copy of each software program for back-up purposes only.; f) v. service, alter, modify or tamper with the XXX Networks equipment, internet Bee Line Cable service or permit any other person to do the same that is not authorized by XXX NetworksBee Line Cable or its Underlying Providers. g) vi. restrict, inhibit or otherwise interfere with the ability of any other person to use or enjoy the XXX Networks Bee Line Cable equipment or the internet serviceservices, including, without limitation, posting or transmitting any information or software which contains a virus or other harmful feature and feature, or generating levels of traffic sufficient to impede others' ability to send or retrieve information.; h) vii. knowingly disrupt the service.Service; iviii. RESELL THE SERVICE OR OTHERWISE CHARGE OTHERS TO USE THE SERVICE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ON A BUNDLED OR UNUNBUNDLED BASIS. CUSTOMER AGREES NOT TO USE THE SERVICE FOR OPERATION AS AN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, A SERVER SITE FOR FTP, TELNET, RLOGIN, E-MAIL HOSTING, "WEB HOSTING" OR OTHER SIMILAR APPLICATIONS, OR AS AN END-POINT ON A NON-BEE LINE CABLE LOCAL AREA NETWORK OR WIDE AREA NETWORK, OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH A VPN (VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK) OR A VPN TUNNELING PROTOCOL; or ix. connect the XXX equipment Bee Line Cable Equipment to any computer outside of the customerCustomer's premises. XXX Networks Premises. b. Bee Line Cable reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement Agreement and the service Service if the customer Customer engages in any of the activities listed above or if the customer Customer uses the XXX Networks equipment Bee Line Cable Equipment or services Services in a way which is contrary to any other XXX Networks Bee Line Cable or its Underlying Providers' policy. Knowingly disrupt the Service; A. RESELL THE SERVICE OR OTHERWISE CHARGE OTHERS TO USE THE SERVICE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ON A BUNDLED OR UNUNBUNDLED BASIS. UNLESS YOU ARE SUBJECT TO A SERVICE PLAN THAT EXPRESSLY PERMITS OTHERWISE, THE SERVICE IS TO BE USED SOLELY IN A PRIVATE RESIDENCE; LIVING QUARTERS IN A HOTEL, HOSPITAL, DORM, SORORITY OR FRATERNITY HOUSE, OR BOARDING HOUSE; OR THE RESIDENTIAL PORTION OF A PREMISES WHICH IS USED FOR BOTH BUSINESS AND RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE SERVICE IS FOR PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY AND CUSTOMER AGREES NOT TO USE THE SERVICE FOR OPERATION AS AN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, A SERVER SITE FOR FTP, TELNET, RLOGIN, E- MAIL HOSTING, "WEB HOSTING" OR OTHER SIMILAR APPLICATIONS, FOR ANY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE, OR AS AN END-POINT ON A NON-ACCESS LOCAL AREA NETWORK OR WIDE AREA NETWORK; or B. Commercial and/or Business Access will be dictated by individually negotiated contracts with Xxxxx Communications. h) knowingly disrupt 9. Connect the service. i) connect the XXX equipment Communications Equipment to any computer outside of the customerCustomer's premises. XXX Networks Premises. C. Customer expressly understands and agrees that the Acceptable Use Policy may be updated from time to time by Communications with or without notice to the Customer, and any such revised version of the revised Acceptable Use Policy shall be posted to the foregoing websites. The Customer should consult the Acceptable Use Policy regularly to ensure that Customer's activities conform to the most recent version of that policy. Communications may terminate Customer's Service immediately for violation of such policies.

Customer shall not In addition to complying with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you agree that when using the Service you will not: • Misrepresent your age or pretend to be an adult if you are not; • Sell, resell, or commercially use the XXX Networks equipment Service or KinderMate Technology; • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display KinderMate Technology, except as expressly permitted by us or our licensors; • Modify the internet service toKinderMate Technology, directly remove any proprietary rights notices or indirectly: a) for markings, or otherwise make any unlawful purposes. Use derivative uses of the XXX Networks equipment Service or internet service for transmission KinderMate Technology, except as expressly set forth in these Terms; • Violate any applicable law, contract, intellectual property, or storage of other third-party right, or commit a tort; • Commit fraud or other unlawful activity; • Engage in any information, data or material in violation of any U.S. federal, state or local regulation or law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, posting or disseminating content which is obscene, unlawfulharassing, threatening, defamatoryintimidating, predatory, or which infringes stalking conduct; • Access or attempt to access another user’s account without authorization from that user and KinderMate; • Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ or attempt to access any feature or area of the intellectual property of Service that you are not authorized to access; • Connect to or access any person. b) postKinderMate computer system or network without authorization; • Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, transmit disrupt, negatively affect or disseminate objectionable informationinhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service or that could damage, includingdisable, without limitations, any transmission constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liabilityoverburden, or otherwise violate impair the functioning of the Service in any localmanner; • Copy, federal or international law, order or regulation. c) access any other person’s computer, software, or data of any other person, without the knowledge and consent of such person. _the knowledge and consent of such person; d) upload, post, publish, transmit, reproducemodify, create derivative works offrom, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or distribute in otherwise attempt to learn the source code, structure, or ideas upon which the Service is based; • Decrypt, transfer, frame, display, or translate (except translations for personal use) any way, information, software or other material obtained through the internet service which is protected by copyright or other proprietary right, without obtaining permission part of the owner. e) copy, distribute Service; • Develop or subuse any third-license any software provided by XXX Networks. XXX Networks reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement and the service if the customer engages in any of the activities listed above or if the customer uses the XXX Networks equipment or services in a way which is contrary to any other XXX Networks policy. Customer agrees We may suspend or terminate, in whole or in part, your access to indemnify the Service if you violate the terms and hold harmless XXX Networks against all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees resulting from the customer engaging conditions set forth in any of the activities listed above.
