Prohibited Uses of the Service. Customer shall not use the XXX Networks equipment or the internet service to, directly or indirectly: a) for any unlawful purposes. Use of the XXX Networks equipment or internet service for transmission or storage of any information, data or material in violation of any U.S. federal, state or local regulation or law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, posting or disseminating content which is obscene, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or which infringes the intellectual property of any person. b) post, transmit or disseminate objectionable information, including, without limitations, any transmission constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, federal or international law, order or regulation. c) access any other person’s computer, software, or data of any other person, without the knowledge and consent of such person. _the knowledge and consent of such person; d) upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, create derivative works of, or distribute in any way, information, software or other material obtained through the internet service which is protected by copyright or other proprietary right, without obtaining permission of the owner. e) copy, distribute or sub-license any software provided by XXX Networks. Except that the customer may make one copy of each software program for back-up purposes only. f) service, alter, modify or tamper with the XXX Networks equipment, internet service or permit any other person to do the same that is not authorized by XXX Networks. g) restrict, inhibit or otherwise interfere with the ability of any other person to use or enjoy the XXX Networks equipment or the internet service, including, without limitation, posting or transmitting any information or software which contains a virus or other harmful feature and generating levels of traffic sufficient to impede others' ability to send or retrieve information. h) knowingly disrupt the service. i) connect the XXX equipment to any computer outside of the customer's premises. XXX Networks reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement and the service if the customer engages in any of the activities listed above or if the customer uses the XXX Networks equipment or services in a way which is contrary to any other XXX Networks policy. Additional copies of such policies are available on the service. This Section 5 shall not in any way limit XXX Networks’ rights of termination pursuant to Section 6 of this Agreement. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless XXX Networks against all claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees resulting from the customer engaging in any of the activities listed above. This provision will survive termination of this agreement.

RESELL THE SERVICE OR OTHERWISE CHARGE OTHERS TO USE THE SERVICE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ON A BUNDLED OR UNUNBUNDLED BASIS. CUSTOMER AGREES NOT TO USE THE SERVICE FOR OPERATION AS AN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, A SERVER SITE FOR FTP, TELNET, RLOGIN, E-MAIL HOSTING, "WEB HOSTING" OR OTHER SIMILAR APPLICATIONS, OR AS AN END-POINT ON A NON-BEE LINE CABLE LOCAL AREA NETWORK OR WIDE AREA NETWORK, OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH A VPN (VIRTUAL PRIVATE NETWORK) OR A VPN TUNNELING PROTOCOL; or ix. connect the XXX equipment Bee Line Cable Equipment to any computer outside of the customerCustomer's premises. Communications may terminate Customer's Service immediately for violation of such policies.

This includes, but is not limited to, posting or disseminating content which is obscene, unlawfulharassing, threatening, defamatoryintimidating, predatory, or which infringes stalking conduct; • Access or attempt to access another user’s account without authorization from that user and KinderMate; • Attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ or attempt to access any feature or area of the intellectual property of Service that you are not authorized to access; • Connect to or access any person. b) postKinderMate computer system or network without authorization; • Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, transmit disrupt, negatively affect or disseminate objectionable informationinhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service or that could damage, includingdisable, without limitations, any transmission constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liabilityoverburden, or otherwise violate impair the functioning of the Service in any localmanner; • Copy, federal or international law, order or regulation. c) access any other person’s computer, software, or data of any other person, without the knowledge and consent of such person. _the knowledge and consent of such person; d) upload, post, publish, transmit, reproducemodify, create derivative works offrom, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or distribute in otherwise attempt to learn the source code, structure, or ideas upon which the Service is based; • Decrypt, transfer, frame, display, or translate (except translations for personal use) any way, information, software or other material obtained through the internet service which is protected by copyright or other proprietary right, without obtaining permission part of the owner. e) copy, distribute Service; • Develop or subuse any third-license any software provided by XXX Networks. XXX Networks reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement and the service if the customer engages in any of the activities listed above or if the customer uses the XXX Networks equipment or services in a way which is contrary to any other XXX Networks policy.
