Common use of PROHIBITED WASTE DISPOSAL AREAS Clause in Contracts

PROHIBITED WASTE DISPOSAL AREAS. Purchaser shall not deposit waste material in the following areas:  Within 50 feet of a cross drain culvert.  Within 100 feet of a live stream or wetland.  Within a riparian management zone.  On side slopes steeper than 45%.  In locations that interfere with the construction of the road prism.  In locations that impede drainage.  Within the operational area for cable landings.  Against standing timber.  Outside the clearing limits.
