Common use of PROHIBITED WASTE DISPOSAL AREAS Clause in Contracts

PROHIBITED WASTE DISPOSAL AREAS. Purchaser shall not deposit waste material in the following areas, except as otherwise specified in this plan:  Within 50 feet of a cross drain culvert.  Within 100 feet of a live stream or wetland.  Within a riparian management zone.  On side slopes steeper than 35%.  In locations that interfere with the construction of the road prism.  In locations that impede drainage.  Against standing timber.  Outside the clearing limits. Purchaser shall shape the subgrade and surface as shown on the TYPICAL SECTION SHEET. The subgrade and surface shape must ensure runoff in an even, un-concentrated manner, and must be uniform, firm, and rut-free.
