Common use of PROHIBITED WASTE DISPOSAL AREAS Clause in Contracts

PROHIBITED WASTE DISPOSAL AREAS. Purchaser shall not deposit waste material in the following areas, except as otherwise specified in this plan: ▪ Within 50 feet of a cross drain culvert. ▪ Within 100 feet of a live stream or wetland. ▪ Within a riparian management zone. ▪ Within a wetland management zone. ▪ On side slopes steeper than 45%. ▪ In locations that interfere with the construction of the road prism. ▪ In locations that impede drainage. ▪ Within the operational area for cable landings. ▪ Against standing timber.
