Prohibition Against Performance Outside the United States. The MCO and a Subcontractor must comply with the requirements of Section 6505 of the PPACA, entitled “Prohibition on Payments to Institutions or Entities Located Outside of the United States.” All work performed by the MCO or a Subcontractor under this Contract must be performed exclusively within the United States. No payments shall be made for services or items by the MCO or a Subcontractor to any entity or financial institution outside of the United States. All information obtained by the MCO or a Subcontractor under this Contract must be stored and maintained within the United States.
