Prohibition Against Subcontracting or Assignment. The experience, knowledge, capability, and reputation of the A-E, its principals and employees were the substantial inducement for the County to enter into this Agreement. Therefore, other than the Team Members specified herein, the A-E shall not contract with any other person or entity to perform in whole or in part the Services required hereunder without the express written approval of the Director.
