Further Responsibilities of Parties. Both parties agree to use reasonable care and diligence to perform their respective obligations under this Agreement. Both parties agree to act in good faith to execute all instruments, prepare all documents and take all actions as may be reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes of this Agreement. Unless hereafter specified, neither party shall be responsible for the service of the other.

Further Responsibilities of Parties. BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO USE REASONABLE CARE AND DILIGENCE TO PERFORM THEIR RESPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.   • Responsibilities of Contractor A. The Contractor shall perform all work on the described project as required by the Contract documents. The work to be performed includes the labor and services necessary to produce such replacement, and all materials, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, and machinery required for replacement. This project bid includes all materials, labor and equipment to complete the reconstruction and resurfacing of streets as outlined in the Project Manual for WWREYN - XXXXXXXX SANITARY SEWER - PHASE 1 dated March 25th, 2021 as outlined in Attachment A.
