The experience, knowledge, capability and reputation of A&W, its partners, associates, and employees, was a substantial inducement for City to enter into this Agreement. Therefore, A&W shall not contract with any other person or entity to perform, in whole or in part, the legal services required under this Agreement without the written approval of City.
