Prohibition of Conflicting Activities. Neither the Service Provider nor its Subcontractors nor the Personnel shall engage, either directly or indirectly, in any of the following activities: (a) during the term of this Contract, any business or professional activities in the Government’s country which would conflict with the activities assigned to them under this Contract; (b) during the term of this Contract, neither the Service Provider nor their Subcontractors shall hire public employees in active duty or on any type of leave, to perform any activity under this Contract; (c) after the termination of this Contract, such other activities as may be specified in the SCC.
