Payment up on Termination. Upon termination of this Contract pursuant to Sub-Clauses 2.6.1 or 2.6.2, the Procuring Entity shall make the following payments to the Service Provider:
a) remuneration pursuant to Clause 6 for Services satisfactorily performed prior to the effective date of termination;
b) except in the case of termination pursuant to paragraphs (a), (b), (d) of Sub-Clause 2.6.1, reimbursement of any reasonable cost incident to the prompt and orderly termination of the Contract, including the cost of the return travel of the Personnel.
