Prohibition of Gifts. Airline is familiar with Authority's prohibition against the acceptance of any gift by an Authority officer or employee, which prohibition is found in Article 2 of the Authority’s Code, and as it may be amended from time to time. Airline agrees not to offer any Authority officer or employee any gift prohibited by Article 2 and agrees to abide by all laws applicable to it with respect to the making or offering of gifts or things of value to Authority officers or employees.‌

The offering of any illegal gift shall be grounds to disqualify a Consultant. To avoid even the appearance of impropriety, Consultants should not offer any gifts or souvenirs, even of minimal value, to the City of Seaside officers or employees. The Consultant shall be subject to the City of Seaside’s prohibition.
