Prohibition of Offshore Disclosure. Nothing in this Agreement shall permit the Trading Partner to view, share, and use or disclose TennCare confidential information in any form via any medium with any third party beyond the boundaries and jurisdiction of the United States without prior approval and express written authorization from TennCare.
