Prohibition on Additional Negative Pledges. The Servicer shall not enter into or assume any agreement (other than this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents) prohibiting the creation or assumption of any Lien upon the Purchased Assets or otherwise prohibiting or restricting any transaction contemplated hereby or by the other Transaction Documents, and the Servicer shall not enter into or assume any agreement creating any Lien upon the Subordinated Notes.
