Non-Identification Approved Users agree not to use the requested datasets, either alone or in concert with any other information, to identify or contact individual participants from whom data and/or samples were collected. Approved Users also agree not to generate information (e.g., facial images or comparable representations) that could allow the identities of research participants to be readily ascertained. Vendor Identity and Contact Information It is Vendor’s sole responsibility to ensure that all identifying vendor information (name, EIN, d/b/a’s, etc.) and contact information is updated and current at all times within the TIPS eBid System and the TIPS Vendor Portal. It is no defense to any of the foregoing or any breach of this Agreement that Vendor was not receiving TIPS’ electronic communications issued by TIPS to Vendor’s listed contacts.
T1 IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURES During the restoration of service after a disaster, BellSouth may be forced to aggregate traffic for delivery to a CLEC. During this process, T1 traffic may be consolidated onto DS3s and may become unidentifiable to the Carrier. Because resources will be limited, BellSouth may be forced to "package" this traffic entirely differently then normally received by the CLECs. Therefore, a method for identifying the T1 traffic on the DS3s and providing the information to the Carriers is required.

The Service is for personal and non-commercial use only and you agree not to use the Service for operation as an internet service provider or for any business enterprise or purpose, or as an end-point on a non-Viasat local area network or wide area network, unless specifically authorized in writing by Viasat. Other prohibited activities include connecting multiple computers behind the satellite modem to set up a LAN (Local Area Network) that in any manner would result in a violation of the terms of the Acceptable Use Policy or any other Viasat policy or plan, or running programs, equipment, or servers from your residence that provide network content or any other services to anyone outside of your premises. You may not connect the Equipment to any computer outside of your residence.
