Common use of PROJECT BRIEF Clause in Contracts

PROJECT BRIEF. 3.1 The Additional Client shall then issue to all Appointed Companies who confirm their interest an invitation to submit an offer in writing setting out details of the relevant Project, the Project Contract Conditions to be used, the relevant pricing model or price framework, the criteria for the evaluation of the tender, the timetable for the return of the Mini-Tender to the Additional Client and other matters relating to the Project, using Schedule 5 Part 3 as a reference.
