Deliverables for the Inception Phase will include the following: Management proposal - sets out how the programme will be managed including proposed criteria for selection of activities; documentation required to secure approval of activities; coordination with DFID, etc. Performance management agreement - details specific metrics and targets for management of the various stakeholders. Log-frame - the impact, outcome, outputs and key performance indicators (based on initial DFID draft). Monitoring and Evaluation Plan - sets out how we will measure progress on the 3 outputs/Impact/ Outcome outlined in the log-frame. Procurement Guidelines – develop in line with international best practice this is will guide the procurement of services undertaken using sub-contracting fund. Communication plan – maps priorities envisaged and specific activities under each component. An inception report covering all the above should be submitted within 3 months of the signing of the contract.

The supervising producers shall have: - Proven experience in a similar role as a Producer on 1-2 feature films, documentaries, animation projects, and television series - A detailed CV/resume detailing their experience for a period of 5-10 years as a producer - A motivation letter that details a motivation for being considered as a member of the Supervising Producer Panel - A mandate from a national filmmaker member body, no older than one month, that the applicant is a member of

The service provider shall: • Provide monthly reports on the learner’s progress • Provide regular status updates to the KZNFILM • Undertake assessments throughout and on completion of the programme to track the level of competency of the learners against the deliverables as outlined in the accredited programmes guidelines; • Ensure that the participants are registered on the National Learners` Records Database.
