Project contract. 1. For each approved project a project contract shall be concluded between the Programme Operator and the Project Promoter. 2. In cases where a project contract cannot, due to provisions in the national legislation, be made between the Programme Operator and the Project Promoter, the Beneficiary State may instead issue a legislative or administrative act of similar effect and content. 3.
