PROJECT DEFINED AIRFARE. (a) Where an interstate distant employee travels other than to their point of hire or to Perth in their R&R leave, their reimbursement of travel costs (inclusive of fringe benefits taxes for which the employer may be liable) shall be limited to a total cost no greater than the project airfare. (b) For the purposes of this clause the project airfare is defined as the prevailing discounted economy airfare from Perth to the closest capital city to the employees usual place of residence. (c) Reimbursement is dependent upon employees providing the employer with receipts of their travel expenses personally incurred.
