Common use of Project Design Schedule and Permits Clause in Contracts

Project Design Schedule and Permits. The Shell Plans and Specifications and the Interior Plans and Specifications shall be finalized and the Shell Work and Tenant Finish Improvements shall be constructed by Landlord in accordance with the Project Schedule attached hereto as EXHIBIT B-3. Landlord shall apply for and obtain as expeditiously as possible, at its sole cost and expense, all permits, licenses and certificates necessary for the construction and completion of the Shell Work and Tenant Finish Improvements and for the occupancy of the Building.

The Shell Plans and Specifications and the Interior Plans and Specifications shall be finalized designed and the Shell Work and Tenant Finish Improvements Work shall be constructed by Landlord Tenant in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the “Project Schedule Schedule” attached hereto as EXHIBIT B-3Exhibit “C-3”. Landlord Tenant shall apply for and obtain as expeditiously as possible, possible at its sole cost and expense, all permits, licenses and certificates necessary for the construction and completion of the Shell Work and Tenant Finish Improvements Work and for the occupancy of the Buildingthereof by Tenant.
