Common use of Project Eligibility Determination Clause in Contracts

Project Eligibility Determination. It has been determined that the use of Xxxxx Xxxxxx/Bethlehem Bond Financing funds by HONNÊTE HABITATS, LLC. will be in compliance with legislation supporting community development in Xxxxx Xxxxxx/Bethlehem as authorized under the Urban Redevelopment Authority which acts in behalf of the Augusta Commission to provide oversight of the operation of the Xxxxx Xxxxxx/Bethlehem Redevelopment Project. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this contract, HONNÊTE HABITATS, LLC. shall provide activities and services as described in the description of the project, including use of funds, its goals and objectives, tasks to be performed and a detailed schedule for completing the tasks for this project as provided in Exhibit A of this contract.
