Common use of PROJECT IDENTIFICATION AND APPROVAL Clause in Contracts

PROJECT IDENTIFICATION AND APPROVAL. a) The GNWT will provide to Canada an initial Project List to be funded under the PTIF and an initial Project List to be funded under CWWF subject to the provisions in Schedule A (Program Details) upon signature of the Agreement for Canada’s approval. b) Within six months of the Effective Date of the Agreement, the GNWT will fully allocate the entirety of Canada’s contribution towards Projects in accordance with Schedule A (Program Details) through the submission of additional Project List(s), if required for Canada’s approval. c) The Project List for each Program will be submitted in a format acceptable to Canada, signed by a delegated senior official and will include the following information for each Project: i.
