Common use of Project Implementing Entity Clause in Contracts

Project Implementing Entity. The Recipient shall maintain at all times during Project implementation, the Project Implementing Entity, which shall be responsible for Project implementation. To this end, the Recipient shall maintain the Project Implementing Entity in form and substance and with resources and functions satisfactory to the Association.

Project Implementing Entity. (a) The Recipient shall maintain ensure that the Project Implementing Entity is maintained at all times during Project implementation, the implementation of the Project Implementing Entitywith functions, which shall be responsible for Project implementation. To this end, the Recipient shall maintain the Project Implementing Entity in form staffing and substance and with resources and functions satisfactory to the Association, for the purpose of ensuring the prompt and efficient implementation of Part B.2 of the Project.
