Project Information Matrix (PIM. The electronic file for a spreadsheet or database that identifies the information required from the Building Model, Drawings, and any other data source(s) developed for the Project and the parameters and properties of the content. Generally, MD Xxxxxxxx initially will provide the PIM at the beginning of the Project. During the design phase, the A/E will populate the PIM as information becomes available. Throughout the construction phase, the Contractor will update the PIM and will issue scheduled renditions during construction in addition to the final PIM to MD Xxxxxxxx at Substantial Completion of the Project.
