The City agrees to provide the Board and TIF Division access to the Project Site for inspections during and upon completion of construction of the Project, and access to documents and records considered necessary to assess the Project. The Board and TIF Division shall be provided a right of entry onto the Project Site to conduct random walk-through inspections.
