FINAL INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE. Whenever the improvements provided for by the Contract shall have been completely performed on the part of the CONTRACTOR, the CONTRACTOR shall notify the OWNER, and Engineer that the improvement is ready for final inspection. The Engineer shall then make such final inspection, and if the work is satisfactory and in accordance with the specifications and Contract Documents, the CONTRACTOR shall be issued a certificate of acceptance.
FINAL INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE. Final inspection and acceptance of telecommunication services shall be at the installation site after the services have been installed and end-to-end performance has been demonstrated. All services shall meet the requirements contained within the contract. Inspection and acceptance will be by a site representative who is appointed by the Contracting Officer. No later than 72 hours prior to the Contractor completing each service order, the site representative shall be notified by e-mail message of when service verification will occur. If the site representative is not present during service verification activities, the Contractor shall notify the site representative when the service order is complete and service is available and make service verification results available for review. Unless otherwise advised by the site representative within 24 hours after notification that the service is available, the Contractor shall update the service order tracking system to reflect the date of service acceptance. The service acceptance date is 24 hours after notification to the site representative of service order completion, unless otherwise advised. No earlier than the service acceptance date, the Contractor may commence billing for any applicable monthly recurring charges and any non-recurring charges authorized by the service order. The Government reserves the right to dispute service verification results for up to 30 days following service acceptance. If it is determined that the verification results do not meet performance requirements, invoice adjustments will be provided immediately.

In consultation with the CM, the Designer shall determine when the Project and the CM's and Contractor's Work are finally completed and, following completion of corrections, shall issue a Certificate of Final Completion to the Owner. Following the receipt of payment from the Owner, the CM shall make all remaining payments due to Contractors.
FINAL INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE. All Goods or Services shall be subject to Buyer’s final inspection and acceptance, notwithstanding any prior payment or preliminary inspection on the part of Buyer. Buyer shall provide written notice of its final acceptance within thirty (30) days from the date of the delivery of the Goods or the completion of the Services (including any required installation of the Goods), whichever is later (the “Final Acceptance”). Buyer’s failure to provide such notice shall be deemed Final Acceptance. While Final Acceptance is pending, Buyer may return to Seller any non-conforming Goods or Services and/or require Seller to correct or replace such non-conforming Goods or Services, in each case at no cost to Buyer. In the event Buyer does not require any such correction or replacement, Seller shall promptly refund all payments received for non- conforming Goods or Services that Buyer returns. Such remedies shall not limit any other rights or remedies as may be available at law, in equity or under this Agreement. Buyer is not required to accept partial or incomplete delivery. Acceptance of any part of the Goods and/or Services shall not bind Buyer to accept any future delivery nor deprive Buyer of any right Buyer may have to return Goods and/or Services already accepted.

FINAL INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE. 7.5.1 Final Inspection and Owner Occupancy of a Project Stage. Before the Owner uses and occupies a Project Stage, the PMT will review all Work contained within the Project Stage and prepare a list of items that need to be completed, repaired or replaced ("Stage Punch List"). Correction of all Stage Punch List items to the PMT's satisfaction is a condition precedent to Final Completion of the Project Stage.
FINAL INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE. Final inspection and acceptance by Buyer shall be at Seller’s facility. All such inspections shall be subject to Seller’s policies regarding visitors, security, and confidentiality. If Buyer does not inspect at Seller’s plant, Buyer may request that Seller provide certificates of conformance and final inspection and acceptance shall be deemed to occur upon delivery. Notwithstanding final inspection and acceptance or Seller’s certificate of conformance, for any latent defects the parties discover and agree are due to Seller’s fault or negligence, Seller shall investigate and correct such latent defects, subject to the limitations of liability provided for herein.
FINAL INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE. Upon written notice form the Contractor that the entire Work required by the Contract Documents is complete and that all submittals required of him are made, and after the Contractor has delivered the Bonds, certificates in inspection, proof of insurance, guarantees, warranties, releases, and other documents, all as required by the Contract Documents or by law, a post construction conference will be held to review the Work and resolve any unsettled matters. Present at the conference shall be RMWD, the Engineer, the Inspector, the Contractor, and the Superintendent. Following this conference, Engineer will make a final inspection with RMWD and the Contractor, and RMWD will notify the Contractor in writing of any particulars in which this inspection reveals that the Work is defective, and will also notify the Contractor in writing of any deficiencies in the submittals and other documents required of him. The Contractor promptly shall make such corrections as are necessary to remedy all defects or deficiencies. After the Contractor has completed any such corrections to the satisfaction of RMWD, RMWD will issue a written final acceptance of the Work and file any notice of completion required by law or otherwise.
