Project Logistics. The contractor shall provide the necessary expertise and capabilities required to support GSFC (Greenbelt and Wallops) in all phases of acquisition and operational logistics services, including planning, coordinating, and implementation, for NASA programs and projects. Requirements may include development, coordination, evaluation, and execution of logistics plans and engineering analyses and studies; life cycle cost analysis, and logistics support analysis, in accordance with specified program policies and procedures, work instructions or other guidance provided by ILMD or ILMD customers.
