Examples of Project Staff in a sentence
Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work.
The JBE may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal.
Contractor further agrees to execute, and shall cause Project Staff and Subcontractors to execute, any documents or take any other actions as may be reasonably necessary or convenient to perfect the JBE’s or its designee’s ownership of any Developed Materials and to obtain and enforce Intellectual Property Rights in or relating to Developed Materials.
Contractor will disclose Confidential Information only to Project Staff (including Subcontractors) with a need to know in order to provide the Work hereunder and who have executed a confidentiality agreement with Contractor at least as protective as the provisions of this Section 5.
The Contractor Project Manager and the JBE Project Manager shall work together to mitigate any impact on the schedule as set forth in a Statement of Work caused by any replacement of a Project Staff member.
