Common use of Project Management Fee Clause in Contracts

Project Management Fee. As compensation for the Services to be rendered by Project Manager pursuant to this Agreement, including all attachments and exhibits, County shall pay to Project Manager a Project Management Fee in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00, including reimbursable expenses. If the scope of the Project or the Services required of Project Manager hereunder decrease, materially decrease, expand or change, the Project Management Fee shall be equitably changed to reflect the same, upon consent and agreement of County.
