Client Responsibility. For clarity, the parties agree that in reviewing the documents referred to in clause (b) above, Patheon’s role will be limited to verifying the accuracy of the description of the work undertaken or to be undertaken by Patheon. Subject to the foregoing, Patheon will not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of any application for receipt of an approval by a Regulatory Authority. The Client is solely responsible for the preparation and filing of the application for approval by the Regulatory Authority and any relevant costs will be borne by the Client.
Client Responsibility. For clarity, the parties agree that in reviewing the documents referred to in paragraphs (b) and (c) above, Patheon’s role will be limited to verifying the accuracy of the description of the work undertaken or to be undertaken by Patheon. As such, Patheon shall not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of the NDA or the ANDA, as the case may be. The sole responsibility of the preparation and filing of the NDA shall be borne by the Client.
Client Responsibility. Client shall perform the responsibilities necessary to establish Client's use of the Licensed Product(s) and/or Services, including (i) providing Client Personnel lists to setup User IDs,
Client Responsibility. (i) assumes full responsibility for any decision in relation to which any data provided to the Client by way of a Trading Platform may be used or relied upon;
Client Responsibility. Client acknowledges and agrees that it is solely responsible for the content of its transmissions which pass through the Services. Client also agrees it will not use the Services:
Client Responsibility. Client acknowledges and agrees they bear all liability for their end users’ activity on IWT’s systems. Client represents and warrants that any data loaded into IWT’s systems by Client’s end users will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Client acknowledges that IWT may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable Client’s access or terminate this Agreement for violations of this provision. Client will be solely responsible for bearing any and all costs of obtaining any required third party licenses for data loaded into IWT’s systems by Client’s end users.
Client Responsibility. (a) Client shall cooperate fully with PCSD’s efforts and requests in completing the tasks to be undertaken by PCSD under this Agreement; provided that, PCSD shall accede to Client’s reasonable decisions in all such matters relating to the Services being provided herein.
Client Responsibility. The Client understands that any and all suggestions, opinions or advice given to the Client by TCC are advisory only and the ultimate responsibility, liability and decision regarding any action(s) taken or filings made lies solely with the Client and not with the TCC.
Client Responsibility. (a) Client acknowledges that, in performing the Consulting Services and preparing the Reports, Consultant will be using and relying upon various data, reports, studies, computer printouts and other information, documents and representations as to facts, the source of which may be Client, public agencies or other third-parties, (all of which shall be referred to herein as the "Client Data"). Client agrees that Consultant is entitled to use and rely upon such Client Data in preparing the Reports and performing the other Consulting Services hereunder, and that Consultant shall not be obligated to establish or verify the accuracy of the Client Data, nor shall Consultant be responsible for the impact or effect of Client Data on its work products (including without limitation the Reports) in the event that such Client Data is in error and therefore introduces error into the work products (including without limitation the Reports).
Client Responsibility. You must fully cooperate with ATTORNEY and provide all information relevant to the issues involved in this matter. You must also pay all bills as required by this Agreement. If you do not comply with these requirements, ATTORNEY may ask the Court for permission to withdraw from representing you. ATTORNEY will also withdraw at your request.
