Common use of Project Management for Modifications Clause in Contracts

Project Management for Modifications. In connection with the modifications of the Facilities set forth in SECTION 2 of SCHEDULE A, PathNet shall provide a Project Manager, a Field Manager, an Applications Engineer and a Project Engineer, each of whom shall have the duties as set forth in SECTION 6.4 with respect to such modifications of the Facilities.
