Common use of PROJECT MONITORING PLAN REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

PROJECT MONITORING PLAN REQUIREMENTS. Exhibit A of this Grant Agreement shall contain activities to develop and submit to State a Project Monitoring Plan. Along with the Project Performance Measures Table requirements outlined in the Proposition 84 Round 2 Implementation Grants Proposal Solicitation Package (in Attachment 6), and guidance provided in Exhibit J, “Project Monitoring Plan Components,” the Project Monitoring Plan should also include: a) Baseline conditions. b) Brief discussion of monitoring systems to be used. c) Methodology of monitoring.
