Project Name and Trademarks. The Tenant shall not refer to the Project or Building by any name other than that designated from time to time by the Landlord and the Tenant shall use the name of the Building for the business address of the Tenant, but for no other purpose. Compliance with this Section shall be at the sole cost and expense of the Tenant and the Tenant shall have no claim against the Landlord for any costs or expenses incurred by the Tenant, whether direct or indirect, in complying with this Section.
