Common use of Project Proposal Clause in Contracts

Project Proposal. In response to a Project RFP, the Services Provider shall provide Owner with a written Project Proposal. The Project Proposal shall include the following: a. A narrative description of Services Provider’s understanding of the project scope of work; b. A detailed statement of the basic and additional services anticipated for the project, including a list of deliverables; c. A description of particular phases of the scope of the work, if applicable; d. A Fee Proposal detailing: 1. the total fee for providing the basic services expressed as a “Not to Exceed” amount; 2. the total fee for providing additional services expressed as a “Not to Exceed” amount; and 3. the total anticipated amount for reimbursable expenses; e. A proposed date to commence the work;
