Common use of Project Safety Plan (PSP Clause in Contracts

Project Safety Plan (PSP. Contractor shall develop a project safety plan (“PSP”) that describes how the Contractor will safely provide Contractor’s Services. Content of the plan shall address regulatory compliance and any additional health and safety measures as may be required for the Contractor’s Services to be performed safely. A copy of the Contractor’s PSP shall be provided to the Tri-State OATR prior to the start of on-site work.
