PPE. The proper personal protective equipment including goggles, face xxxxxxx, disposable gloves, N95/K95 masks or face coverings must be worn that is appropriate for the situation and task at hand while complying with industry, local, state and federal guidance. Please do not share PPE equipment. Any person that must enter an occupied unit is required to wear a N95/K95 and face shield or goggles and gloves. Anyone in a public area of a MPHA facility must wear a face covering/mask. Ensure used PPE is disposed of properly.
PPE. Individuals that are visiting 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxx X. and while meeting in places of public accommodation are required to wear face coverings. Individuals who work in resident or participant homes are required to wear face coverings if the resident or participant asks that they do so. Please continue to have a face covering available to use in the course of your work day. In all other situations face coverings are not required. Individuals that are not vaccinated are strongly encouraged to still wear face coverings even when they are not interacting with the public. Ensure used PPE is disposed of properly. If requested, you must present the COVID‐19 Preparedness Plan for your organization required by the State of Minnesota. MPHA appreciates your extra attention during this mutually difficult period. PPE. It is expected that any contractor will provide their own protective footwear. FCO Services will provide adequate work wear in the form of branded work shirts only.
PPE. Suppliers and subcontractors must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when visiting any of PGT’s manufacturing facilities.
PPE. The following PPE will be worn the entire time employees are on the worksite, including breaks and lunch:
1. Hardhats
2. Safety boots
3. Safety glasses
PPE. Seller must ensure that Seller and Seller Representatives comply with all Elk Ridge site requirements for personal protective equipment (“PPE”), which includes, without limitation, eye protection including side xxxxxxx, hard hats, toe protection, sleeved shirts and full length pants. Additional PPE such as hearing protection, dual hearing protection, dual eye protection and MSHA approved respiratory protection may be required depending on the Services being performed. Seller and Seller Representatives shall comply with MSHA’s requirement that “New Miners” wear distinctively colored hard hats and all PPE shall be ANSI/NIOSH approved. Other requirements for PPE may be included in the Contract or as a result of a risk assessment depending on the nature and scope of the work.

PPE. The district will provide all other PPE required by DOH, L&I and/or OSHA for the employee’s job responsibilities, working conditions and circumstances. Staff may request additional PPE through their COVID Supervisor based on their assignment. PPE requirements shall be updated when and if such agencies change their requirements.
PPE. The facilities (including all buildings, structures, and improvements) and each material item of equipment used by Clorox or one of the Clorox Entities in connection with the Transferred Businesses, in each case that constitute Business PP&E, taken as a whole, are in all material respects (a) in good operating condition and repair, ordinary wear and tear excepted, (b) structurally sound and free of defects and (c) suitable in all material respects for their current use and operation.
