Project Scope and Execution. The Project shall be operated in a manner consistent with: (i) Schedule A, (ii) any representations made to funding organizations and (iii) the terms and conditions of this agreement. No material changes in the purposes or activities of the Project shall be made without prior written permission of the Fiscal Sponsor (and any such change shall be in accordance with any requirements imposed by funding organizations).   • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Contract Execution Each individual executing this Agreement on behalf of Consultant represents that he or she is fully authorized to execute and deliver this Agreement.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager. 7.2.2 The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be responsible for the Contractor’s day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and shall meet and coordinate with County’s Project Manager and County’s Contract Project Monitor on a regular basis.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.
